About Us
Wissmann Consulting is a young real estate company based in Zurich, specializing in the professional management of commercial properties and condominiums, property valuation and sales, as well as comprehensive real estate consulting. We also handle apartment handovers and offer owners and investors a personal and reliable all-round service.
The company was founded in 2025 by Oliver and Martina Wissmann. Both bring extensive experience in the real estate sector: Oliver with over 18 years in property management and marketing, and Martina with over 7 years in real estate sales.
Our goal is to establish ourselves as a trusted partner in the Zurich region and to create clear added value for our clients through quality, expertise, and personalized service. We have already secured our first mandates – including a sales contract and a property management contract starting early next year.
